If you couldn't guess already, yes that is Carter laying in the dirt. My kind mother decided to come and spice up my backyard with some plants and bushes. (Thanks Mom!) So she, Kabien, Josh, myself, My Dad, Carter, and a little of Travis (he was busy doing other things)...(Travis here, I was working in the vineyard. Just thought you would all like to know.) worked hard at digging up the back yard. Carter decided he was going to take a break. I don't know why he chose that spot when there was grass, the sidewalk, or even a couch inside the house, but I guess all his hard work got to him and he thought he would just lay where he was. Nice choice crazy little kid! :)

Grammie's comments: I have to add more background information on this as I was putting in plants to the left of the photo. I don't know if Carter wanted sympathy or attention, but he pretended to twist his ankle and fall. When I went to help him, he absolutely refused my held and told me that only his dad could help him! So he laid there for a while until I realized that maybe someone should inform Travis of the situation. I told him, he rescued Carter, and all was again peaceful in the garden.
